Issues with tech support
Hi,
I'm pretty sure this is not the right place to post this thread (sorry in advance!), but I'm pretty frustrated and trying to find a solution!
I have an open help ticket that has NOT been responded to by Storm8 Support for a full week, today. I've updated it 4 times this past week, in the hopes that someone would respond. Still nothing!! My frustration level is rapidly escalating. I just want my issue resolved so I can get back to enjoying my Dream City!!
ANYONE? Ideas/suggestions -- a PHONE NUMBER to call?? HELP ME, please!!
