    Question Recovering progress when switching tablet

    My mother got a new tablet, and is trying to load her games. (both tablets are Android.) There's no place to enter her Storm8 ID to get her progress that I can see. Is there something I'm missing?

    You need to instal a game that has a login feature and then the game will transfer itself over once you login.

    Make sure you force close your game on the 1st device to avoid sync errors. Should take a few minutes to do yourself. Good luck!

    Thanks. Now she can't remember her Storm8 password, and gets an "email not found" error when she tries to re-set. Ah the joy of technology...

    Support can help her to reset her password as long as she has her Storm8 ID. She'll need to send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can assist her. Once she has her password, she can transfer the games on her own or ask the Agent to help her to. See New Device - Transferring your games in Game Guide. Thanks.
