The event space is a dedicated area like the City Exchange and loading docks. We won't be able to expand to it. Sorry.

I keep getting new shops etc and my stars are not increasing so I cannot get to the next level please advise me thanks

You need to fill orders at your businesses to gain mastery stars. Every order you fill gets you half a star until the business has all 5 stars.

Also, if you put a business in storage, the stars it had no longer count towards your total stars needed for City Hall upgrades.

I am filling orders I have nothing in storage I can't understand it

How many stars do you have and how many are required to upgrade your City Hall? (Top center of your home screen 3#/#)

I'm wondering if the star bar at the top of your screen is full because it is time to upgrade your city hall and get a new star goal.

I understand the concept of the game I have nothing in storage the stars are just not registering when I finish a business I am on level 15
