Rewards aren't dropping

Not sure how many people might be having this same problem...

On my second account, the reward for getting to level 5 didn't drop into my Restaurant Story or Fashion Story games. (Sent email to Support)

Then today, in my main account, nothing dropped at level 5. At level 7, I got the reward drop in Bakery and Castle, gems in Fashion. Nothing in Restaurant or Dragon. Will send something to Support.

Just wanted to add that I had a promotion pop up in each game that identified the reward. Really wanted the Dream dragon, too.

I think someone said you had to complete level five to get the stuff

I have. I'm on level 7 and 8 in my accounts. The reward drops are missing from my inventory in RS and FS on one account and from RS and DS in the other.

Several of my neighbors are reporting a similar situation.
