R they ever gonna fix this game? Or did they just forget about us? R we not important to them?
By the way, does sending ticket to S8 Support (which admins and mods says to do) work for solve the problem?
If so, how they give a fix for ticket sender?
If they able to recover accounts which have login problem, then it should be applied to all account.
Unfortunately, sending a ticket to the team about this specific issue would not solve the issue for the sender, it would just alert the team of yet another player who is affected.Quote:

If truly working at this issue with very high priority, any report could be posted in here what the team have done weekly at least, not yearly.
But there is no live report nor reasonable response to community for a while, as a result, many players are disappointed at and lost trust to S8.
Running the game for commercial purpose, then its provider has responsibility to do the best for its players, who has interested in the game. Is it wrong?
Or... is the team made up by volunteer?
What is the true problem? The community on this forum couldn’t be any help?
I haven't been able to get in 2 or 3 years. I have a 2023 iPad Pro so it's not a problem on my end. My wifi is excellent since my husband is in a tech company for cloud development.

Well, on January 17 of 2023, Elsa posted that it may take months but definately not yesrs for the problems to be resolved. Some are still waiting and who knows how many have given up. Personally, I believe that there are good people who are working to update the game. I am not convinced that they have the time and or rescourced needed for success
There doesn?t seem to be any light at the end of tunnel. I doubt they?ll ever fix the ?issue?. Nice to have some transparency.
